Ok, I don't have a food scale right now (mine broke). I'm trying to calculate a pasta recipe that has 2 cups of Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta. The serving size on the box is 2 oz... How much is 2 oz. of cooked pasta in cup measurements? I know in liquid measurements there are 8oz. in a cup, so is 2 oz = 1/4 cup of cooked pasta? I've fixed this recipe for lunch today and want to be sure I count my portion correctly.
