| Look for fat-free mayo! It tastes ok, too. I am a big fan of fat free ranch dressing and I've tried it on sandwiches, too. There are all sorts of things to try/use besides regular mayo. I have used: barbecue sace, steak sauce, cajun sauce, various flavored mustards, etc. Use your imaginnation and try something new! The rules are VERY flexible. LOL

Forgot to add one....
When I make tuna, I add just a little mayo to get it moist but then I add lots of chopped pickles and tomatos so the tuna is not too dry.

There are SOOO many different types of mustard out there, there must be one you might like better than plan old yellow mustard. I am a huge fan of dijon, but there are soo many others with added flavors (and you don't need a lot of it).
Another option is a small amount of your favorite salad dressing (lo-cal of course).

| Try best foods(hellmans) canola mayo. It is 1/2 the calories and 1/2 the fat, and it is full of omega 3's. It tastes great too

| I love mayo but it is so bad. Anyone have a substitute for it? I am not a huge mustard fan and I hate dry sandwiches.
