Thanks for sharing it sounds great and you could use canned salmon or chicken too. I love that she only uses 1 tablespoon of mayo. So many recipes use so much and I am watching the fat really close. Can't wait to give it a try.
Oh you know what I bet that would be good if you mixed it with the greens but then put in in a half a pita pocket.
Or sometimes I mix things like that sort with finely shredded lettuce and then take a lettuce leaf and wrap it up in that. Then there are no extra calories from the bread.

so i was reading an article about Marisa Miller(model) and she gave her favorite recipe:
1 can albacore tuna 1 chopped fuji apple 1 stalk of celery 1 tablespoon of mayo splash of lemon juice
mix it and throw it on top of greens.
i had this for lunch today and it was GREAT!
