| something special,low calorie,easy and healthy. core an apple, stuff with 100 calorie oatmeal mixed with 1 tab slivered almonds and 1 tsp almond extract and 1/4 cup water, cover and bake for 35 min.......top with fat free whip cream and enjoy all under 200 calories
