Ok, maybe exciting is too strong of a word but I had this great thing for breakfast that I wanted to share. I learned about it at hungrygirl.com so she gets all the credit. At the grocery store, in the aisle with the paper plates and such, you can get these straws called Sip-ahh (I think that is the correct spelling...). It is a straw that makes your milk taste chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. I got the chocolate ones and it is only 10 calories and the chocolate part stays in the straw so you just drink the milk through the straw and you're drinking chocolate milk. No powdery residue, just chocolate milk. They are probably really targeted to kids but I thought it was great. I have to drink milk everyday b/c I already have weak bones so this will be a great way to change it up sometimes. I strongly recommend them for the milk drinkers out there!
