Try the Fage 0%. It's very, very good. Costs a little more, but is awesome. I am a new convert. I would not touch yogurt in the past. Can't stand Dannon. But I am hooked on this stuff, I add my own fresh fruit when I eat it - so I don't get the flavored.

My husband has found FF Vanilla yogurt and eats it with everything now. He put it on cake with cherry pie filling on top and it was better than ice cream. He's cut way back on ice cream now. It is hard to find yogurt without the artificial sweeteners that is low in cal... good luck!!

I would be interested in making my own yogurt as we eat alot and I cannot eat the ones with artifical sweeteners.. allergic to them.. so I have to eat the ones that have the calories.. but I adjust whatelse I eat... So how do I make yogurt at home?? Nanc

I agree making your own is a great option, I make mine with skim milk and when I want flavor I add a tsp of 100% fruit jam and its great with so many things.

Also if you dont like yogurt Get plain yogurt and take like crystal light powder and mix it together better flavor

my favorite is mountain high low fat vanilla. It tastes like real old fashioned, home-made yogurt.
Add a little fruit or granola.
My husband says he hates yogurt but he is now eating as much or more than me.

Almost all of the yogurt sold in stores is made from lowfat milk--the ones labeled "original" or NOT labeled light. It's fairly high in calories, mostly from the sugar.
Stonyfield farms makes some that's delicious.

Is there any low fat yogurt that does not have artificial sweeteners in it?
