If you have a scale... weigh out 2 oz of dough... see how that works. I make lots of my own bread... usually into dinner rolls, which I freeze and take out as needed. I love experimenting with diff flours... etc.

Hard question. My guess is cut it into 4 or 5. You will most likely have to do a trial and error to get the right size.
Good luck!

I am making whole wheat bread, just the dough cycle, in my bread machine. I want to split the 1.5 pound loaf into small pieces so I can cook ONE mini-loaf daily for making my "Homemade Subway Veggie Delight."

Does anyone know how many mini-loaves I should split that 1.5 lb. loaf into? Or how large of a ball that mini-loaf should be?

THANKS!
