| It is a yellow pepper that is kind of sour tasting, not hot. They are very good, especially on pizzas!!

|
| That sounds great, I'll definitely try it sometime (well, a vegetarian version at least). Out of curiosity, what on earth is a banana pepper?!! I'm guessing we either don't have them in the UK, or they are simply called something else.

| Thank you for that tidbit of information. My wife loves pizza and we will definitely try this out.

| I made it the other day with LaTortilla Factory tortilla instead and it had 90 calories and was larger. I liked that better!!

|
| Never mind - I found recipe after all! I love pizza and will try this one. I have been using FLAT OUT brand tortillas for my pizzas. The large ones are low fat and loaded with fiber! So far, I have made mexican and italian style.

I made up this recipe for a family who loves pizza but wanted to get healthy and lose weight. It is a great substitute and is VERY GOOD!!!
It's called Pizza Tia and it's on sparkrecipies.com here's the link:
http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=202159
Easy to alter with the toppings you like and have on hand!!
