I'm sorry you are having a difficult time with this. To find the calories for the recipe, go to the healthy lifestyle tab and click on the sparkrecipes.com section. On there, there is a tab for the recipe calculator - enter your info there and you can either submit it to just your recipe box OR to the shared database AND your recipe box.

I can't figure out from the "Help" how to find the calories for a recipe I have. Any help???? The help section isn't very "helpful"! lol I think they make doing what you have to do, too difficult.
