That sounds good! I'm thinking of trying it tomorrow (I'll get back to you on it), the only thing stopping me right now is that I don't have any of the Good Friends cereal. My favorite right now is www.micronutrientgourmet.com/?p=27 , it uses pumpkin and wheat bran for fiber and is super-delicious, plus it's only 246 calories/serving.

Here's a suggestion for those who like a quick, satisfying breakfast.
1 cup Kashi Good Friends cereal. I prefer Cinnamon Raisin 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup skim or low fat milk 1/2 cup apple sauce (I used home-made, sugar-free with lots of cinnamon) 2 eggs Chopped dried fruit and or nuts (optional)
In a food processor grind the cereal to a course powder. In a medium bowl mix cereal, flour and baking powder until thoroughly combined. Add milk, apple sauce and eggs and mix well. Cook by 1/4 cup measures on hot griddle with cooking spray. Once they are all done, wrap them in plastic or wax paper so that they are easily separated, then put in a freezer bag and freeze. In the morning grab one, nuke it, add spray margarine and a little sugar-free syrup. Or if you're like me and running late, just grab it and munch on it as you run out the door. Yum!
