I tried and REALLY enjoyed the Healthy Chocolate Cake that was in our email this week - made it for friends and it was a big hit.
HOWEVER - I'd like to make it more moist. Should I add more applesauce or go the light / fat free sour cream route?
Also, it doesn't have any salt in the recipe - is that an error or is it supposed to be that way?
ALSO also, I used evaporated cane sugar instead of white and it worked really well. Also cut it back to 3/4 c instead of 1 c. Thanks for the recipe! It's going to be a staple, I suspect!
