High fiber foods help keep you feeling full longer ... so I try to add beans to as many meals or entrees as possible. Black Beans are great in taco salads or mixed into the groudn meat filling for tacos or burritos. Garbozo beans are good for adding to a grilled chicken garden salad. Of course you can add as many beans as you like to chili ... and my ex even adds beans to spaghetti sauce and manwich ... I haven't tried that one yet, but he says it's good. And I make several side-dish salads that contain one or more kinds of beans.
Other ways to up the fiber content is to use whole grain pasta and brown rice instead of 'white' pasta and rice. And you can add a spoonful or two of Fibersure or similar product to almost any 'saucy' dish you make.
Aside from the 'increasing fiber' idea ... you can also add a green salad (with low fat/fat free dressing) and/or steamed veggies as additional side items to almost any meal for very few calories or WW points.
I don't know if any of these recipes will fit your specific 'diet' or likes/dislikes ... but here are some of the ones that my hubby and two kids enjoy along with me:

When I first started WW, I had the same problem. I used to eat LOTS of lettuce with a little balsamic vinegar on it to help me fill up.
I religiously make Cooking Light recipes. Most of them are relatively inexpensive and can fill you up wuite quick.
Last night, we had Mustard Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin, Rosemary Roasted Potato Wedges, and Garlicky Green beans.
Check out my recipe blog for ideas.

I use to make this for dessert all the time when my kids were growing up. They thought they were getting a special treat. It is inexpensive and makes your tastebuds feel like you are eating extravagantly.
1 large container of fat free vanilla yogurt 1 pkg. any flavor sugar free jello 1 can of drained fruit OR add fresh fruit OR add 1 pkg. thawed fruit
Mix dry jello into the yogurt and stir till jello is dissovled. Add fruit and serve. Store left overs in the fridge.
Note: If you use fresh fruit, it is best when the dessert can be used up the same day as some fresh fruit will turn color such as apples and bananas.
