Yes, the difference on the counter is from adding oil, but it is a little decieving because it does not state what it was cooked in and how much was added. Thats why I use the natural state and then if I add a tsp of butter I count that seperatly.

I "fry" or "scramble" my eggs in butter flavor Pam, it adds zero calories or fat.

So basically what is the difference? is it the oils or greese you use to fry the egg?

an egg is an egg! No matter how it is formed it still contains the same nutrients and calories. Unless you add something to it when you cook, then you just have to account for that. When I track my food I always go for the whole food.

It's because cooking oil is taken into account with the fried eggs, but I don't know if it takes it into account for scrambled eggs or if it assumes you use water instead of milk for the scrambled eggs. I don't use oil for making scrambled eggs.

Why are Fried eggs more calories and fat than Scrabbled Eggs? If you use pam for both.
