I like making PORK CHOPS & SAUER KRAUT --- very German, very good!
-brown your chops w/ salt & pepper -put in a backing dish -pour rinsed sauer kraut over -bake 350 degrees about an hour
The chops flavor the sauer kraut and visa versa -- sounds kinda gross, but it is absolutely delicious!
Boil a small potatoe & cut it up, eat with...plus a little apple sauce!

Try this one!
Pork Chops with Carmelized Onions
4 - 4oz. boneless center-cut pork loin chops 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. black pepper 1 t. olive oil 1 lg. Onion 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 T. brown sugar
Pound chops thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet add chops and and saute until desired doneness (approx 3 minutes each side). Remove from pan, keep warm. Add onion to pan, cover and cook for about 10 minutes until soft add vinegar and brown sugar and cook for another 5 minutes. Spoon mixture over pork chops.
