Thanks for the ideas girls!
We just found out that the appliances were now shipped to the wrong address! I don't know if we are being told the truth or not...but either way they are not getting here till Feb 14th! I am telling you...this has gotten old fast!
I have a family...two picky eaters and no place to store veggies and such...it's a ton of work with lots of grocery shopping and racking my brain!

Never even tried quinoa...

Breakfast
Quinoa in the slow cooker.
Cooks like rice, eats like oatmeal, add cinnamon and a little milk.

Soup for breakfast is another hot option.

Honestly I would go buy a non stick electric skillet.
Your wok is similar but with curved sides it makes cooking like I like to do more difficult.
I cook almost everything I cook in my electric skillet.
But if you can't do that-
Your slow cooker,
stews, soups, chicken with broth and seasonings. Roast with veggies.
BBQ chicken.

I have never used a rice cooker
Microwave, I only reheat with that except for squash.
You can poke your squash like you would a potato and put it on a plate and microwave for a few min. Take it out and cut it in half and place it back on the plate and cook until done.
Even large squash only take about 10 min.
Oh and lean cuisine.

The wok, scrambled eggs, stir fry's, seared meats, like skewered and marinated meat kabobs, meatballs, soups.

Well, there sure are a lot of things that don't need to be cooked. A bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad or a sandwich for lunch, that kind of thing.

But, really, a lot of things can be cooked in the microwave. Use a zip-top baggie and you can steam-cook seafood in the microwave, and veggies can easily be steamed in the micro too.

There are thousands of recipes for things you can make in a wok, from stir-fries to soups. I know some basic chicken and shrimp stir-fries and have a cookbook, but I'm sure you can search recipe sites by "wok" or "stir-fry".

There are a lot of slow cooker products already to go in the freezer as well. One home-made one I used to make was with lean stew meat, a couple potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, then about 1 cup of water, and about 2 capfulls of Kitchen Bouquet (it's in the spice aisle). Cook 6-8 hours on low heat.

I know there are some slow cooker recipe threads here. I will see if I can find them, bump them up, and post here where they are.

With those things, you're actually not doing too bad. Tons of stuff can be made in a slow cooker and soup and stew recipes are probably the easiest to adapt to using a slow cooker. Most recipe sites and cookbooks have slow cooker recipes. You don't have to brown meat before sticking it into the slow cooker -- that's more for looks than anything.

Treat your electric wok as a pan or pot on the stove, with it's own built in stove. Stirfries and curry dishes are easy things to do and you can do one pot/pan meals using your wok. Anything you can do with a pan/pot on the stove, you can do with a wok.

In the microwave you can steam vegetables and make baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. You can also cook squash in the microwave. I wouldn't try cooking meat in the microwave. It's good for defrosting and reheating meat, but not for cooking it.

Oh my, good luck! Er, hypothetically that is...

To be honest, I'd be eating takeout more than usual and at home have some handy snacks and fruit. To answer the actual question, though, I'd probably...

Go with a breakfast bar of some type (fiber one granola bar, nutrigrain bar) and some fruit for bkfst. Or dry cereal, but I'm weird and love just munching cheerios by the handful.

For lunch I'd probably go with, say, some soup out of a can and some fruits/veggies.

Dinner is trickier. with a rice cooker, crock pot and wok you can definitely make some good dinners... but you'd have to make sure not to make too much since *hypothetically* you have no way to store it. :-) So to remedy that, I'd probably, oh, let's see...

- Boil some pasta in the wok or crock pot (no seriously, I've done this in the wok) then make spaghetti by tossing in some sauce/browning some meat if I wanted it.

- make some chili or cook some chiken in the crock pot, after any necessary browning in the wok

- some nice stir fry's - you can even just buy the pre-sliced chicken (cooked or not) and veggies to avoid dirtying too many dishes since you prob don't have a dishwasher

- things that don't need to be cooked... get a bag of prewashed salad at the store (better yet, a kit with the dressing since you can't refridgerate a bottle if you buy it) and toss on some rotisserie chicken you pick up at the same time

Not sure if any of these are up your alley, but in either case, GOOD LUCK!

Let's just say "hypothetically" that a person had just moved into their new house and was living WITHOUT A SINGLE APPLIANCE because of...oh I don't...DELIVERY ISSUES!!

And let's say this "hypothetical" person has a slow cooker, rice cooker, microwave, and an electric wok....

What would you make for Breakfast, lunch, and supper???
