| These sound delicious. I might try these this weekend. My husband doesn't usually like low-cal items but, if he's hungary enough, he'll eat them. Do happen to know how many calories these are or approximate amount they make?

| I love these. They are a little crumbly, though. They also make an awesome pie crust.

| LOL, or cheese?? She was on the holiday iron Chef show with Cat Cora against Bobby Flay and another man. They made cheese fudge balls and declared cheese as another food group :)

I am excited to try these. I love Paula Deen and hate not being able to make her recipes. But everything is soooo fattening that she makes.
That doesn't keep me from watching her though. Thanks for this recipe.

No kidding? a splenda recipe from her?
a couple weeks ago i was doing laundry and watching her and she made Fried Mac and cheese.. I literally went to the store right then for breadcrumbs and Velveta cheese, no joke. lol
I try to stay away from that show because I end up going out on last minute store trips looking for SUPER fattening foods. lol
But, I will totally have to try the splenda. I made some cookies awhile back that were Peanut Butter with chocolate chips.. they were awesome. I'm going to do it again when i go and buy some of the Fake chocolate chips. :)

Thank you that sounds yummy. I love Paula Deen but I have tried not to watch lately as I know it makes me naughty. It is nice to hear that making it with splenda will work. Peanut Butter cookies here I come.

Paula Deen's Magical Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. Peanut Butter (can use a natural/ reduced fat/ lowered sugar variety) 1 & 1/3 c. splenda 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla
THAT'S IT!!! Mix it all together and drop onto parchment paper which has been placed on a cookie sheet. Use a fork to make the criss cross indentions. Bake at 375 for about 13 - 15 minutes.
