| Yeah they are some what healthy and very quick and easy but they are full of sodium and preservatives.

| Off topic but how do you get those weight trackers?

| They can be good as an OCCASIONAL meal but you are better off making your own that don't have as many preservatives and salt.
|
|
|
|
| Expensive and only to be used if your in a hurry now and again.
