This is what I have for breakfast almost every week day, and it keeps me full until lunch:
1 whole wheat english muffin with 2 egg whites, 2 slices of canadian bacon, and 1 ounce of Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar. It fills me up all morning, is tasty, and the best part...portable! It is less than 250 points, too.
