I have a great protein and fiber filled breakast
8 ounces fat free yogurt, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (5 grams of fiber) 3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese and 1 tbsp of wheat germ...you can mix it up daily with different flavors of yogurt...

I have something very similar to this.

Except that I don't have the cheese (I used to use soya cheese @ 40 cals per slice) but haven't in a while. I also use Turkey or chicken bacon (less cals) and throw on a slice tomatoe on top for nutritional value!

You're right ... it's filling and low on calories

This is what I have for breakfast almost every week day, and it keeps me full until lunch:

1 whole wheat english muffin with 2 egg whites, 2 slices of canadian bacon, and 1 ounce of Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar. It fills me up all morning, is tasty, and the best part...portable! It is less than 250 points, too.
