You can always cut the turkey in with other meats. Half turkey, half pork for example. Turkey isn't exactly tofu, but it definitely gets masked by many other flavors.

I use turkey for all kinds of things, great in chili and spaghetti, tacos and taco salad and enchiladas. Seems like if it has a sauce it is easier to hide.

Hello, I like to use turkey meat, but my sister and dad doesn't. Anyone know a recipe where I can "hide" the meat. I made cheeseburgers, and they ate them, but afterwards they kept asking why it looked different. So, no more turkey burgers for them.
