| The automatic meal plans in the My Nutrition section of this site are pretty handy and usually fairly simple.

| Cool....I will have to check out both of those. For now I'm doing a lot of lean cuisines - they're easy and me and my boyfriend like them...we usually get home around 6:30...have to feed the 3 huskies; do some domestic stuff and then by the time that's done it's already too late for an actual dinner...so those tend to solve the problem =)

| If you do an internet search...using sparkpeople...of course I bet you could find one.

i don't know if this will help... but i just picked up the first issue of clean eating magazine (made by the same people who make oxygen magazine) and they have an entire 30 day eating plan w/ a grocery list included. so that might help you out. plus, it's just a good magazine! =)

...well that and laundry.
Does anyone know a good "grocery list" generator? A healthy easy list that involves the least amount of thinking possible would be awesome! =)
Thanks!
