Thanks for sympathizing! I feel better now, but it really bothered me last night when I saw it! I agree, I don't rate recipes until after I've tried them, so I can give honest feedback, and/or share ways that I "tweaked" it, as I sometimes do.....I appreciate your responses!!

that stinks that somebody did that, they shouldn't. i mean, i might get points for a recipe i look at, but that's only if i have plans to make it at some point and save it for use some other day. i don't rate recipes til i try them (and i've been broke so i haven't tried any quite yet).
sheesh, if they thought it sounded bad, why on earth did they even look? just keep going with what you can, you'll be fine.

Don't take it personally....There are all types out there....Some don't care who they hurt....so just keep posting and remember the majority are great people....

I am fairly new to SP and Spark recipes. I've put a few of my recipes on the site and a couple people have tried them, with good feedback. However, just yesterday, someone came along and blasted one of my recipes WITHOUT EVEN TRYING IT. He just said it SOUNDS bad, so he gave it a bad rating.
I know I shouldn't be sensitive about what some stranger says, but it's stuff like that that I feel, frankly, ruin the purpose of feedback. The feedback should help direct us towards recipes that are good--something we know by experience, not just by looking at an ingredients list!
Sorry to vent, but I am really frustrated by this!
