You might have to manually compensate for the amount of pork fat added, though.

My husband brought home a huge elk this last hunting season. Of course it's all wrapped up nicely from the butcher, but now that I'm keeping track of my food intake and such I'm wondering how I find out the nutritional value of this elk. I know it's super low in fat, the ground portion of it has to have fat added to it (I believe he had 6% pork fat added).
