| Glad you liked it. Yes, if you double it, they come out to about 120-125 calories. :) A really yummy and healthy snack. My son likes to eat it with peanut butter....

| I made the recipe with a spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin with about a 1/4 of a cip of water last night. It was decilious. I'm going to put it into muffin tins next time. Equals to about 120 calories per serving. I got 12 servings. Really fast and easy if you are in a hurry.

Just wanted to share this great recipie I modified. My kids love it. Add cocoa powder or dark chocolate chips for chocolate lovers! :)
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 ¼ c Splenda: 1 c Baking Powder: ¼ tsp Baking Soda: ¼ tsp Cinnamon: ¼ tsp Nutmeg: ¼ tsp All Spice: ¼ tsp Ground Cloves: 1/8 tsp Salt: ¾ tsp Pumpkin (pure, not pie filling): 7.5 oz. (1/2 of 15 oz. can) Egg Beaters or Egg White substitute: ¼ cup Applesauce (Lite): 5 tbsp
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine all ingredients together. Bake for approx. 30-35 minutes (depends on your oven).
Makes 12 servings (bread slices or 12 muffins). Nutritional Information per serving: Calories: 63 Carbs: 14g Protein: 2.5g Fat: .5g Fiber: 2.5g
