You can search in the food tracker for Subway and then just choose the sub that closest matches the one you had. The frozen Crockpot bags may also be listed. I would only enter the brand of the food and you'll get the most results back.

Good luck!

Yes, it is tedious. I have put things that I eat often (like my Peanut Butter and banana sandwiches) as a whole under favorites, so I don't have to put in peanut butter, banana and bread individually. You could do this with your Subway sandwiches since the values it gives probably doesn't iclude extras like cheese, mayo, ect.
I have also found a great website: Dottie's Weight Loss Zone (www.dwlz.com). Click the restaurant link and scroll down to find hundreds of restaurants. Click on any one to find their nutritional values. It's great since not all restaurants are as forthcoming as Subway. Hope this helps a little! Good luck!

I am new as well and so far I have found out that is the only way to do it. I find it a little interesting to put in every number because I never took the time before to really look and see what I was eating. The nutritional info isn't hard to find. I believe subway has it posted on their walls. I think there is a choice that you can select when looking for foods to search for things other people have entered. (Or maybe that is to include foods other people have entered)
Either way try searching different names and maybe it will come up. Be less or more specific. I would enter my own info for subway sandwiches because I eat things others don't and vice versa.

Good luck!

I'm also disabled and live alone, so I can't/don't wnat to cook much. I will make some simple meals for myself and some Crockpot dinners, but would also like ot use the pre-packaged/frozen/fast foods too. For example: healthy choice frozen dinners, subway sandwiches, etc. It looks like these kinds of foods aren't in the tracker?

Has anyone set up an area where we can easily get the nutrition values and enter them into our trackers? I find entering each and every number manually a bit tedious. It that what all of you do? Isn't there a way we can share entries and cut/past them into our own trackers?

Thanks for any help with this.
