A lemon has 2-3 Tbsp. A large lemon 4 Tbsp.
Limes have considerably less. Smaller ones will have between 1 tsp and 1 Tbsp. A large lime may have up to 2 Tbsp.
Rolling lemons or limes between the counter and the palm of your hand before squeezing them may yield more juice.

| it REALLY varies! pop in the microwave for 30 seconds, then roll on the counter with pressure first, you will get the most. Some lemons I can get 1/4 cup--but that is a rarity. Usually half that for a lime

| This is probably a dumb question and I know it's probably listed in one of cookbooks(just being lazy) but how much juice does a lime and or lemon yield?
