Definitely leave the skins on. They'll blend right up and that will save you a lot of time.

Hi All you crazy foodies, just a quick one for you experts. Have just spend 30 minutes removing white skin thingy from boiled , soaked for 24hr Chickpeas. Was i supposed to, alright to leave on and bung them in the blender as well as all the other healty stuff for my hummus ( pls what is the corect spelling also -Hommos, Hummus ). Thanks Guys. Spudeye
