I am very new to this whole vegetarian cooking thing.

I was planning on making a tofu stir fry, but when I went to drain the tofu it all crumbled up and fell apart. So I tried to brown it like ground beef and it is simmering in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms right now. Is it going to be okay to eat or should I chunk it, I don't want to waste, but I also don't want to get sick!
