Go to the Healthy Lifestyle tab at the top of the page, then there'll be a drop down menu, click on sparkrecipes.com
Once you're at sparkrecipes.com click on the "recipe calculator" tab.

It's 3:00 am so maybe I'm not quite with it, but for the life of me I can not find where to enter a recipe. I've spent a half hour already.
