I am reading the Ultimate Omega-3 Diet by Evelyn Tribole. Very enlightening. Most of the oils that we use are very high in Omega-6.......Palm Oil is an Omega 6 Oil. If you eat to little Omega-3 and too much Omega 6 Oils, you are setting yourself up for a lot of health problems. This is the best book I have found explaining the benefit of using healthy oils. So I am now using Olive oil, Canola Oil, and flax oil (this one not to heat or cook with). Also am checking the lables on food........scary to see the oils they are putting into our food. If you can get this book (I got mine from the library) Just read the first couple of chapters and it will really enlighten you.

Palm oil is very high in saturated fats and not a healthy oil at all.
