Over the past three years I have been working to lose over 100lbs. I have found a few alternatives to help you in making better food choices.
Instead of high fat salad Dressing use Salsa.
Instead of mayo on your sandwiches use Tomatoes or cranberry sauce.
Instead of bread use whole wheat tortillas.
Instead of French Fries use Sweet Potatoes and sprinkle a little cumin and curry on them and bake them.
Just a few suggestions!
