I have a few too...

Fat free half and half instead of the regular stuff - especially for making chowders and in coffee.
Fat free sour cream instead of the full fat kind.
Miracle Whip Free instead of Mayo or regular Mayo.
Stone Ground mustard on sandwiches - tons of flavor and very little calories.
Ball Park Fat Free Beef Franks and Wonder Light Hot Dog Buns - 250 calories for 2 and totally fufills that craving!
Salsa on a baked potato instead of butter and full fat sour cream. Also add some steamed broccoli to make it even more filling and healthy.


I have lots more but that is enough for now...

Over the past three years I have been working to lose over 100lbs. I have found a few alternatives to help you in making better food choices.

Instead of high fat salad Dressing use Salsa.

Instead of mayo on your sandwiches use Tomatoes or cranberry sauce.

Instead of bread use whole wheat tortillas.

Instead of French Fries use Sweet Potatoes and sprinkle a little cumin and curry on them and bake them.

Just a few suggestions!
