*about 1/2 pound of shrimps *2 onions, sliced *4 tsp olive oil *Juice of 1 lemon *1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped *2 cloves of garlic, chopped *Black pepper *1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Saute the onions in the oil until they are soft and golden, then add the garlic, the lemon juice, the parsley and pepper to taste. Add the shrimps (if they are already cooked, juste one or two minutes of cooking will do). Serve on pasta (I love linguinis with that) and sprinkle the cheese on top.
You must try that, I'm telling you, it's a delignt!!
