It's not exactly garlic bread, but I like buying a fresh loaf of french bread and putting olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small dish, and shredded parmasean cheese in another dish. Then, I toast the bread a little in the oven until the outside is crunchy and the inside is soft and warm. Then I dip the bread in the olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper, and then dip it in the parmasean cheese...and eat! YUM. :) I don't eat it often, but when I do...my taste buds have a party! lol

Yummy! I use fresh chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and some Can't believe it's not butter and bake. But now I will try it with the olive oil thanks!!!

Hi, last night I made a small portion of the garlic bread with olive oil and garlic salt, the rest of it had butter, for my husbands portion. I was expecting it to be awful, but was pleasantly surprised!
