Recipe Calculator Makes Me Crazie :(

I always enter the informations as they appear on the wrap, or can and multiply for the recipe... That way, it's easier if you use the same ingredient for different recipe...

Hi,

It's easiest to just add the food to the list. Then it will be on the list for any recipes you want to add.

It's set up like the "add a food not on the list" and asks for the nutrient info by serving. So, when writing up a recipe and adding the info from the foods I've used do I put in the amount called for in the recipe, or the amount per serving?? For example, the info from the brand of tomato sauce I use says that a serving is 1/4 cup and there are approximately 3 1/2 servings per can. Do I put in 0.25C or do I put in 15oz?? I long for the good old days of 16oz cans!!!
