| It is also the spicey mustard you get with some oreintal food and to make it just add a little water to make a paste, be aware it is very strong

Here in Québec, it comes in a little square metal yellow box. I use it spreaded on a roast, mixed with margarine, before you put it in the oven. I also use it whem I cook ham with molasse..

| Once you get some you can use it in alot of things - for one I use it in potato salad and in marinades.

| It's basically a powder form. You can buy it in the spice section of the store.

hello fellow healthy cookers, My name is LAI, I am new to this forum but not new to healthy cooking. Anyway, my question is what is dry mustard?? I am making home-made baked beans and they are asking for dry mustard in the recipes.
