Hi,
Remember, Cool Whip is only fatfree if you stick to the 2 tablespoon serving. If you read the ingredients list you will see that it has hydrogenated oil in it. Consider it probably 1g of fat per 4 tablespoons.

That sounds delicious. But how many servings does it make so I can measure out for 1 serving.

A friend sent me this recipe and I am hooked on it. I have it everynight its so good!!
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Fat-Free Sugar-Free Instant Pudding. 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Free Whipped Topping 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) angel food cake
MIX pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
CUT cake horizontally into 3 layers. PLACE bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate. Spread 1-1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto cake layer; cover with middle cake layer.
Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto middle cake layer; top with remaining cake layer. Spread with remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
One serving equals: Calories 120...Total fat 1 g fiber Trace
