Hi,

This might help you recreate your mom's recipe

I've never heard of that recipe but pumpkin is very healthy for you, and milk is good too, and honey has health properties as well. Add a little cinnamon (and/or nutmeg) which is also really good for you.

It is recommended that we "eat a rainbow" of foods - so a bright orange pumpkin (which is a squash) is right in there.

My mom use to cook pumpkin in milk as a desert. I think she would also put honey(lol....me!) in it.

If you know what I'm talking about.....whats the recipe and how do I cook it?

Also, is it healthy or no? I'm going to be using fat free milk.
