If you go to sparkrecipes.com and use the search function - type in zucchini parmesan and it will bring up a few things that may be what you are looking for.

| Yesterday on this site (Spark Recipe .com) there was a recipe called something like Zucchini Parmesan...it was very simple, used "I can't believe it's not butter"...it got rave reviews....I didn't write it down...and now I can't find it. Does anyone have it or can you tell me how to find it.?
