I love to go to PA and Aldi's! lol :) I go to the Aldi's in Stroudsburg usually. But, you probably remember that.
Sorry I don't do my newsletter much any more, since my I got pg a couple of years ago, I was so nauseated from pregnancy I wasn't trying much of anything new. Then with my daughter I've just been exhausted. lol But, hopefully I will get it going again some day!
I hope Gina will make it registered, I think that's the only way to get rid of those spammers, other wise, some one would have a full time job of deleting their post!

I am LoCarbs on HE also. I live in PA about 8 miles from Trenton. Near Oxford Valley Mall and Aldis. We talked about it once and I signed up for your recipe newsletter. By the way, I loved that newsletter and the way you rated the recipes. I didn't post much on HE but I love to read it every day. The spammers really mess it up. I hope Gina finds a way to get rid of them, even if she has to make it a registered site.
Thank you for telling us about Sparkpeople. It looks like it will be helpful in a number of ways.

Yeah they did something that makes it not work with something.....um something I had to uninstall, some thing with microsoft but I can't remember now. But, I had to uninstall it to get to where I could post. I couldn't post for months! Then Paulissa told me how to uninstall the thing and make it work!
However, it doesn't seem to bother the Spammers they are posting away!
Any way, who were you on HE?
BTW, I'll be so happy to have MORE members over there! :)
And thank you about the picture. :)
