You know that's a really good idea, I never thought of putting veggies along with the grill so I assume it adds flavor to the taste and are healthy to eat? Thanks a bunch William I'll take you up on this idea and head to the grocery store sometime soon!

This type of indoor grill is great for very fast and healthy meals just put a skinless seasoned boanless chicken thigh or breast on for about 6 min then put some zuchini and or yellow squash cut lenthwise about the same thickness as the thigh season to taste on and cook for another 4 min and you wil have a great low fat dinner serve with left over or fresh made rice and you have a compleat dinner. Or try a nice peice of Salmon or your favorite fish light seasoning and some bell peppers just do not over cook the fish it will only take a few min. depending on how thick it is cut.
I'M a chef and if I can help just ask I have a thred that says I'm a chef / baker 30 years and I am here to help.

I don't have any "recipes" for you...I use mine mainly for cooking chicken breasts. You can marinate them first, or put on some seasoning (Mrs. Dash, McCormick, whatever)--then you just throw it on there and cook.

I wasn't sure where to put this exact, but I wanted to request if anyone knew some healthy recipes for those George Formin(Spelling?) Grills.

Uh huh, I found one in the kitchen and realized I should familiarize myself with it, but I wasn't really sure where to start. I could look through the recipes but I wanted people who tried them before. I'm willing to try chicken or fish type of things so um, any 'secrets' might be helpful! Thanks a bunch.
