| I cook a lot, and a majority of it is homemade. My question is, when I cook something, say Chicken and Dumplings, how do I know the nutrition information? I love to cook and cooking from scratch is my favorite, but it's hard because I don't know the amounts. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
