Well, you need to start with writing down the amounts so you know how much of each ingredient you are using. You can then enter that info into the recipe section of the site (www.sparkrecipes.com) and it will calculate that for you. From there you can also add that item to your meal tracker.

I cook a lot, and a majority of it is homemade. My question is, when I cook something, say Chicken and Dumplings, how do I know the nutrition information? I love to cook and cooking from scratch is my favorite, but it's hard because I don't know the amounts. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
