| Sushi is very healthy for you. The only thing that is not so good is the carbs & anything from the tempura line.

I LOVE sushi. It's my weekly addiction, I mean, splurge! LOL!
Here's a decent web site for nutritional info: http://www.budining.com/NutritionContent/sushi.htm

The shrimp tempura is really the only high fat part - rest is carbs and protein. I would just enter the ingredients in separately - like 1 shrimp, 1 fried shrimp, 1 oz crab meat (was it real crab or the fake stuff - most sushi places use the fake "crab" which is really a fish of some sort but it doesn't really matter because the tracker is a guestimate), and rice. OR, you can go to google.com and type in "calories in a tiger roll" - I've found a lot of foods that way.

I enjoyed a Tiger Roll from my local sushi restaurant this afternoon and am having trouble finding the nutritional value. The roll consists of: inside:crab and shrimp tempura and the outside:shrimp...
Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks!
