yea!! i discovered these in college...got em at walmart by the deli section near all the breads...i agree its an odd location.
i always made pizza out of em...one flat out wrap (usually sundried tomato kind) w/ 1/4-1/2cup pizza sauce and 1/4 cup lowfat mozzerella and sometimes some veggies...then pop it in the oven til the crust is crispy n cheese is melted...delicious! and filling! and i love em cuz they r so much bigger than those stupid lil healthy frozen personal pizzas...haha

| Have you tried Wal-Mart? There they usually have them by the deli meat (don't ask why).

| I have been using the Flat Out breads since last summer. My favorite is Italian (Italian Herb?). I love to make pizzas w/ them but they're also great for sandwhiches with a little kick!

| I love Flat Out bread, and use it as pizza crust. I then add my own sauce, cheese, and veggies. Yum!

It's not too often that I get excited about a new food, so since this has me excited I thought I'd share.
Flat Out Bread is similar to a tortilla and they come in a few varieties, I'm partial to the multi-grain and the spinach. Sundried tomato is ok but I probably won't get that one much more.
Depending on the variety they have either 90 or 100 calories, they are all made from whole grains, have 8 grams of fiber, and claim to be a good source of omega 3s.
I've not only used them for wraps but have used them to make pizza and last weekend we baked them into chips for hummus. Hmmmm, they are good.
