That sounds like something I am going to have to get. Right now I am using a mail scale (at least it measure in oz). I guess I have to "upgrade."

I purchased a food scale that can measure either oz or gm. I think it was about $18 at Walmart. It is one of the most used items in my kitchen. Besides using it for recipes, I prepackage nuts and things in 1 oz packs for snacks. That way, I keep in line with snack portion sizes.

650 grams is about 1.4 lbs. 1 lbs yields abouts 3 cup florets. So your recipe needs roughly 4 cups florets. Hope this helps.
