| I just checked, and there is a tab at the top for "Recipe Calculator". Even easier!

| Go to Spark Recipes.com. (There is a link under "Healthy Lifestyle" as well). Then click on the "Recipe Calculator" tab to add your own.

| At the right of this very page scroll down. You should see quicklinks. It is there and says sparkrecipes.com. I have never added a recipe but it should be there. If that doesnt work I would sparkmail coach jen.

I'll try one more time. Can anyone please let me know how to post a recipe. I have about 20 to post but can't find out how or where to post it.
