| I make something similar by taking fiber One, running it through the food processor until it's finely ground, and then mixing it with warm (microwaved) unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon and a little splenda. I use maybe 1/3 fiber One "powder" and 2/3 applesauce. I've also been known to top it with a little fat free cool whip. Satisfies that apple pastry craving.

I just made the BEST dessert! A tasty little filling snack for less than 75 calories!
I posted it as "Easy As Pie" on SparkRecipes.com, but here it is:
EASY AS PIE (Makes 1 "apple pie")
Ingredients: 1 sheet Low Fat Honey graham crackers 1/8 c., or 2 tbp., unsweetened applesauce Dash of cinnamon
Directions: 1. Divide the graham cracker sheet into 4 pieces. 2. Place 3 of the pieces on a microwave-safe dish. 3. Top with unsweetened applesauce. 4. Crumble the remaining fourth piece of graham cracker over the applesauce. 5. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 6. Microwave for 10-15 seconds. 7. Enjoy! (Great with Fat Free Cool Whip or whipped cream, but not included in nutritional calculations)
