I think the quickest way would be to search the www for a recipe that kind of resembles yours and then enter the ingredients into the recipe calculator.

Hi everyone,
I made some chicken soup (from scratch) but didn't do a lot of measuring (I cook like my grandma - lots of eyeballing). Whoops - now I'm trying to add it to my nutrition tracker.
What would be helpful is some ballpark idea of what a basic homemade chicken soup (with your usual veggies and starchy item - pasta, rice or barley) is in terms of calories.
I realize that values will vary widely depending on how 'thick' the soup is, etc., but if anyone's already worked it out for their homemade soup, that might at least give me a baseline.
