I love the yogurt & fruit salad idea. You could also make 99% fat free popcorn, maybe mix it with some chopped nuts, drizzle a tiny bit of chocolate syrup on top, or put a little canola or safflower oil and splenda on it instead!

Peel and core 2 apples and cut into slices. Saute slices in a pan with butter flavor Pam until soft. Add a little sugar and cinnamon and it tastes just like the inside of an apple pie. Or add a little fat free vanilla ice cream or fat free frozen vanilla yogurt.
Take 1 cookie sheet of graham crackers and cut in half. You will have two squares. Place a large tablespoon of fat free cool whip between the two squares and freeze. It is a decent replacement for an ice cream sandwich.
Make a fruit salad and keep in the fridge for snack attacks !!
Freeze small containers of yogurt to make your own "frozen yogurt" My kids love these and it takes a while to eat !!

Hey,
does anyone have any fast and easy snack ideas? I'm looking for something I can throw together in 10 or 15 minutes at homes when I have a snack craving, other than the usualy staples, like veggies or rice cakes, something with a little kick, or even sweet.
