Welcome!! I just looked at your recipe and it sounds great. I will have to try it out.
To submit a recipe to the site go to the Healthy Lifestyle section and click on SparkRecipes.com. There you can enter your recipe and share it with everybody. Please let me know if you need additional help.

I just submitted a recipe a few mim. ago. Hope someont will try it out and enjoy it. Question though. I am stupid on the computer and need help. How do I submit the recipe to the site.
