| I love couscous, and i love it even more now that they make whole wheat couscous. i haven't seen it in my local grocery store, but i found it at the organic store here in town. but i'm sure at larger grocery stores they would carry it.

| I use chicken broth instead of water also but I usually just add some chopped up onion and red bell pepper. Very quick and almost always have those all on hand.

| I think I might finally give couscous a try....it's always been one of those things that looks weird to me so I don't want to try it.You guys are making it sound yummy!

| You know what else is good is left over couscous that you have in the frig. and you use that to stuff peppers instead of rice. it comes out great

Our favorite add-ins are: 1)almonds and dried cranberries 2)broccoli, peas, whatever other veggies are lying around.
| I enjoy stir frying with it--add chicken and veggies to it to make a complete meal.

Love the couscous. Favorite additions:
1) mushrooms 2) garlic, garlic and more garlic 3) pistachios (or almonds) and raisins
| I also use chicken broth and I always add frozen mixed vegetables to the water, let it boil for a minute or three, turn off the heat, dump in the couscous, cover, and then five minutes later I have yummy couscous and veggies! It's also really good with mushrooms in it!

| I second the low-sodium chicken broth.

| I like to use low sodium chicen or vegatable stock instead of water. It seems to add more flavor .
