Yes, 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of Splenda.
Only I don't think the little packets are the same.
Get the granulated Splenda. They advertise it being great for cooking and baking. Works like sugar for me but is pricey. Arnetta

Does one cup of splenda equal one cup of sugar?I have started using it but havent done so in a recipe.Thanks!

The light cake mix still has sugar in it. My husband has diabetes and I will not buy it. You could use any recipe with the Splenda that measures like sugar and have a better product. Arnetta

Has anyone tried that new sugar free or low sugar cake that came out? I got a coupon from sunday's paper and haven't got it yet.
